Biden's popular vote margin will be padded again from this state and he would flop in the real battlegrounds of the midwest just like Hillary. This state alone would give him around 4-5M vote lead margin in the final count, that would probably explain his lead in the PV polls.
Obviously this is the big question mark of this election. Will Biden be able to win the voters that actually matter even if he dominates in the popular vote? It's hard to say for sure right now. But in having the benefit of hindsight about the big three now, he is still in a position where he can win them. That's just our imbecilic system for you!
