Imagine that there was a period of time when this clown was considered a leading voice of American progressivism.

Pre-Snowden Greenwald was pretty good, all things considered. I think he's gone off the deep end and it's sad, though the same could be said off the people who think he's a Useful Idiot for the Kremlin (if not paid by Putin himself!).

If he publishes things that unwittingly help advance Russian interests, he by definition is a useful idiot for Russia. That is literally just a fact.

1. One of her closest friends who had to be "walked through" the story, just recently said she had doubts and was considering recanting her corroboration

2. An anonymous person (can't be investigated and brought to scrutiny), said to be a friend of hers as well

Mother explicitly states that she could ONLY go to the press, which is simply not true of sexual assault and directly contradicts Reade's description of the interview.
