Best: China, Germany, Czech Republic
Worst: Russia, Ukraine, Italy (month ago), Romania
China?  WTF?  You mean the country that put people in jail for mentioning it?  The country that tried to sweep it under the rug for most of 2 months?

This isn't the first time I've seen someone make this type of claim....where is it coming from?

Also very brave of you to praise China for anything on this forum.
indeed, as it's an impossible position to defend.

China can’t be praised for literally anything?
This is peak China derangement syndrome.
I'm sure if we really thought about it, we could find something to praise the PRC over.....but I can't think of anything....what do you got?

NPR=why Germany has the lowest rates in the world

"We have a culture here in Germany that is actually not supporting a centralized diagnostic system," said Drosten, "so Germany does not have a public health laboratory that would restrict other labs from doing the tests. So we had an open market from the beginning."

In other words, Germany's equivalent to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention — the Robert Koch Institute — makes recommendations but does not call the shots on testing for the entire country. Germany's 16 federal states make their own decisions on coronavirus testing because each of them is responsible for their own health care systems.

Worst: America. Is this even a question? I guarantee, this will be the last country where COVID is still a problem. Already, Canada and Mexico have closed their borders to us so that we don't infect them.
I guarantee that the US will NOT be the last country where Covid is still a problem.  There are still countries that occasionally get hit with the plague, polio and leprosy for s sake.

I don't blame them; we will never get this under control.
oh, I see, you just don't know what the hell you're talking about.
