Again, great timeline so far. I assume that Glenn will squeak out a slight victory over Bush as Glenn is still popular and overall liked as President. Bush definitely could win though. Similar to the Election of 1976, it totally could go either way.

This is so interesting! My guess is that Bush will pull off a victory by either winning in California or other states. Glenn definitely could pull off a victory though.

Love your TL! So excited to see what happens next in the 1982 Midterms, 1984 General Election, and overall what foreign and domestic politics is like in the 2000s and 2010s! Great job so far!

Indeed

Some Republicans are disappointed with their showing
Senate will probably flip in the next general election in 1984 and if not yet by the end of the decade in the 1980s.

There are not great candidates this election season. I assume that Kemp will win given 8 years of Glenn and many probably want a change. I'd support Kemp in this election, but not necessarily in 1988 depending on the Democratic candidate.

Loving this timeline! 1992 Election is two good choices. Both Cuomo and Gore are good choices and would have made good presidents in our timeline! Looking forward to events up to present day!!!
