Should we really trust MARIST anymore? I mean they severely underestimated Republican Support in the 2018 Midterm Elections in almost every Statewide Race except for Arizona.

Selzer showing Trump up 10 Points in IA yet Marist claims Biden up 4 in Ohio. No way this is true. Trumps Margin in OH was actually bigger in '16 compared to IA.

I say TOSS these GE Polls from them.

But Zaybay told us in 2018 than Marist is the Gold Standard Pollster and will never get it wrong, LOL.

These are registered voter polls, granted with very large sample sizes.

We have yet to see who likely voter models benefit, they have fluctuated between both parties in recent years.

Ohio and IA are not going to be as GOP-friendly as many think. Underrated chance of them flipping back, especially if Biden gets the nomination.

If they flip back that will probably the last time ANY DEMOCRAT wins there for the forseeable future. The dice has already been cast in 2016 which was to some extend a realignment Election. The Democrats will get clobbered in MN, IA, OH, MI, WI, and PA in the future. The Midwest is GONE for them because their Base Vote (Cities, AA) is shrinking in those States.

The Future for the Democratic Party lies in the Sunbelt. The Question then is: Which Region is changing faster, the Sunbelt or the Rustbelt. Democrats will have a massive Electoral Vote Problem on their hands come 2024 and beyond.

Biden might be able to access Senator Brown's 2018 path to win OH thanks to his strong roots in the region, but that's a shaky statement this far out at best.

I've always thought Iowa would be more competitive than Ohio, but between the recent DMR poll and this, I have to change my mind. It's starting to look like Ohio is more likely to flip.

Neither will flip, but if one did it would be Ohio.

Ohio has predicted every EC vote winner since 1964. Unlike in FL where Cuban embargo matters, Ohio can vote D

Trump needs to hold both states and win WI, IA and FL or he isnt Prez. As long as Dems win 1 of them, Biden will be Prez

They should, and if they know what they're doing they will. Republicans might as well aggressively target Oregon.
