Trump has no constituency in Washington. Even the Republicans are reluctant to be associated with him. He has kind of managed to cut his losses by winning over some former life-long Democrats in areas like the logging industry, but it's not like he's really done much outreach to these groups in the last couple of years.

I’m old enough to remember when Washington was a competitive state in presidential elections, at least with Nader in the mix.

Clinton won this by 16, so this is yet another in a pretty steady stream of polls consistent with Biden being up 8-10 nationwide.
