Yes on Gorsuch, No on Kavanaugh.

I have a hard time believing that Tulsi Gabbard would vote for someone accused of sexual assault. Therefore she votes no on Kavanuagh (and probably would have voted no on Clarence Thomas too).

She'd vote yes on Gorsuch, and she'd be a reliable yes vote for Trump's cabinet appointees.
