Absolutely embarrassing for Warren to barely get 20% in her home state. She is an awful politician.

I agree with this.  It's unfortunate because I really appreciate her background, grasp of the issues and her message.  She has terrible political instincts, however.

Yup.

Wasted all that time attacking Bloomberg which caused blue check marks on twitter to cream their pants while letting Sanders (her biggest threat skate by). She got nothing out of destroying Bloomberg, all his support went right back to Biden.

Just an awful politician.

In hindsight her attacks on Bloomberg actually harmed the progressive cause by helping the moderates consolidate around Biden.

Question about CO:

How can Pete only be at 0.2% if it’s almost 100% a mail-in state ?

Most of the ballots were mailed in before SC, like in CA, so he should be at 10%+ ...

Is it just the Election Day vote that was counted so far ?

Trump is definitely gonna pick on Biden and his stutter on the debate stage after listening to that speech...

Of course he is.
trump is an a$$hole, so what do you expect.
trump mocks disabled reporters and puts down war heroes who have been captured.

I just turned in and this night doesn't seem that crazy good for Biden aside from a state or two. All of Biden's best states have already voted and he's only tied. I get that it may be difficult for Bernie to break 50 in much of the Midwest but we have yet to see a result that shows Biden can. Plus Bernie has other pickets of west remaining. This is not as much of a slam dunk as many would have you believe
Biden is going to win every major state except Cali?

Biden is winning states he never even tried to compete in. Now he will have money and real infastructure to compete everywhere. What he is doing is beyond crazy good, I'm stunned. His campaign was teetering on the brink not too long ago.

I believe Pete and Amy contacted the SOS and asked their votes to not be counted.

I just switched to Biden when Amy tanked. I can see that Biden is a much better choice for the country as a whole than Bernie. More likable and more experienced in the ways of the White House. Bernie has value in that he is helping to lead the political conversation in the country. He's a dreamer and an idealist and we need those in society. But as for getting things done, Bernie isn't the one.

Biden will do a much better job after the mental instability of the Trump years. My nerves are shot. We don't need another revolution. We need our sanity back.

I see no scenario where Warren didn't play a spoiler role in Massachusetts and Minnesota.

First of all let me say that I'm not too sore. I'd rather have Biden win the nomination like this than via hijinks or a narrow dragged out race.

Second of all, Biden is clearly winning a non-negligible amount of the college student vote in Minnesota at least...which is both impressive and reassuring. I'll probably make a thread with precinct results later but I did not see that coming.

It certainly hurt her campaign and Sanders's, but I wouldn't say it "harmed the progressive cause."  Biden is very progressive!  Helping eliminate Bloomberg was a win for progressivism, no matter which of the remaining three end up as the nominee.

Gabbard needs to get out as well, but she will not; she's not running for reelection, and has no reason to.

Will she get back to the debates now that she got delegates from American Samoa?
