It was a cold morning in America’s largest city. And, with a shockingly large crowd watching, former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg stepped on a plane bound for Texas. He was to spend the day in Dallas-Fort Worth, and then take a 4 pm flight to Houston to catch people coming out of work at the polling stations. Mike knew he had little shot to win. He knew his campaign was over after this if he didn’t win. And that’s a thought that Mike could not stand to think. Losing. Mike hated everything about it. He would do anything to win, but he knew it would go against his campaign principles if he tried to win by rigging the election. As the plane took off, Mike stared out his window. His campaign manager came up to him as they were at cruising altitude. He had some shocking news.
“Sir, you have to see this-”
Mike stared. He couldn’t believe it. He was leading early returns in Texas, California, and Virginia. He was 2nd in various other states. His campaign was on the right track. If he could win this thing, he would change America for the better.
