This comes amidst a disastrous COVID wave hitting Malaysia and the news that the parliament will reconvene July 26. Malaysia hasn’t had parliamentary sittings since last December and a state of emergency was declared on 12 January 2021 until 1 August 2021.
Political dissatisfaction is at an all time high and the economy is going down the gutter. What happens next? I don't know and I don't think anyone else does.
