Probably garbage but here's a hung college scenario where Cruz wins UT and Write ins win VT.

I'm too tired to post something more serious but if Trump is relatively popular we could have Texas voting for a losing Bloomberg, while Trump dominates the midwest. If Trump is unpopular then I don't know, as the Democratic base won't be coming out in droves for Bloomberg but moderates would find him more digestible.
