It occurred to me that as I wrote more updates, the amount of content per year increased. As a result, the earlier updates, particularly the first update seemed pretty sparse in comparison. Accordingly, I have updated Part I to fill in some of the gaps of the Clinton Presidency and first Tucker term.

I am also considering doing a detailed 2024 election night update (with state calls and pundit commentary) if there is any interest in that.

In either case, I expect the Epilogue to be out not too long from now.
