While I am hard at work fighting to pass our working class agenda in the Lincoln Council, Federal Elections are now open--please consider voting for Pericles and Peanut for President and Vice President--they are in the best position to fight for working class Atlasians.

I would also recommend voting Labor in the House elections!

Let's bring this fight from coast to coast.

Good day to you all,

First and foremost, I hope everyone is staying well, staying indoors, washing your hands, and either continuing to stay busy or trying to make the best of our current circumstances. Together, we will overcome this virus, but it's going to take hard work in our personal lives and in cooperation with local and federal governments. Please stay safe and do not risk the health of yourself or others at this time.

As poor a time as it may be, I see no other time to formally announce this (even though I have already declared)--but I am running for re-election to Lincoln Council. As I promised during my original campaign, I would be an active participant in our legislature, and I believe I've delivered on that promise. To the best of my ability, I have attempted to introduce legislation that advances working class interests, although other issues have since become more important for the health and safety of all people. Nevertheless, these tough times require leadership, and I am asking for your vote once again to continue to address issues facing our region.

Please do not hesitate to leave any questions, comments, or concerns below. I am always open to hearing ideas for legislation as well.

Good morning everyone,

As we rapidly approach the election for Lincoln Council, I wanted to take some time to issue a statement of endorsement. In accordance with our region's constitution, we will have five seats up for election this time and I wanted to urge you all to consider the following candidates with your first five preferences:

S019 -- As Speaker, S019 has been a tireless, dedicated fighter for our region. We may not agree on everything, but his presence on the council is important as both our Speaker, to keep things moving quickly and uniformly, and as a more moderate voice who can bring a different perspective to certain debates.

Gracile -- Another dedicated fighter, Gracile has been on the same side of a lot of issues as I have, and his votes have been pivotal to passing legislation that benefits the working class, an agenda that I still strive to work to enact.

CookieDamage -- I must say--CookieDamage has the most impressive platform of any candidate running, and an exciting, fresh face in our region. I could not be more enthusiastic about getting to work with him, and I feel that he will go far in our region--perhaps even beyond.

Lakigigar -- Again, we do not agree on everything, but Laki has a nuanced perspective on some issues that I look forward to hearing as we look forward to battling the global pandemic and economic fallout of the Coronavirus--I know Laki is dedicated to helping our cause.

And, lastly, I would hope you might consider giving yours truly a preference...it is not easy to go into such a tightly contested election in the midst of a crisis, but I am focused on doing what I can to return to the council and continue fighting for the working class. I feel confident that voters will elect a variety of councilors while rejecting the politics of division and chaos proposed by other candidates on the ballot. Our region works best when it is united, and I have the utmost faith that we will form an unbreakable chain that denies entry to bigotry and so-called "nationalism." We can be a place for dissent, for moderate voices, for outsiders...but we will not allow those who wish to scapegoat and demonize people who are not like them to gain power.

I look forward to seeing the results and I hope to earn your vote for re-election.

While results have not been made official yet, it appears as though the people of Lincoln have entrusted me with another term on our region's council. We will have a lot of work to do when we get back in session and I will not be taking long to bask in this victory--though it is certainly very humbling to know that I have earned your trust.

I want to thank everyone who voted this weekend in the midst of all the uncertainty we are working through. I hope you and your family are safe, healthy, and making the best of this time.

Results have been made official--I will be returning to the council to continue fighting for a working class agenda for our region. I am honored to be given this opportunity, and I am excited to join my colleagues as we work towards a fairer, more just region. It is exciting to see that a majority of our council be comprised of individuals who reject bigotry and see our shared goal of protecting our most vulnerable to be of the utmost importance. I look forward to the bright future that lies ahead for our region.
