It'll probably come down to him and Stringer in the end. I doubt Yang actually goes for it, he's probably eyeing a House seat. Who is his Congressman?

Jerrold Nadler (he lives in Hells Kitchen, according to FEC documents). That's NY-10.

Jerry only has so many terms left in him. I could definitely see him going for that when the time comes.
