Theres more of a role for him campaigning on being against gay marriage and using ballot proposition to ban gay marriage in Ohio and the Osama tape than the tariffs which most people would had forgotten by two years.

I think there may also be the 2004 VP debate in Cleveland, Ohio in which Dick Cheney definitely kicked John Edwards’ ass, which was crucial to stopping any Kerry momentum, especially by bashing Kerry every chance he got, by lambasting Edwards on his attendance record in the Senate and with his « Now if the6 couldn’t stand up to the pressures that Howard Dean represented, how can we expect them to stand up to Al Qaeda? » lind.
