Overly complicated, serious advocacy for it is never going to happen because all the different methods of resolving cycles lead to advocate cannibalism where pro-condorcet people spend more time arguing about which method of condorcet voting is best than convincing non-condorcet supporters that they should support condorcet voting.

Score voting is a much simpler way of getting roughly the same end result.

nope first past the post voting should have consequences instant run off shouldnt be a thing for the same reason.
