West Virginia. Phil Scott is very popular, whereas Jim Justice is rather unpopular.

West Virginia, although I would have been more confident about this prediction if Ojeda had run for GOV instead of SEN. Zuckerman seems to be a decent challenger, so it could also be VT.

If Jim Justice wins the primary than West Virginia if not than probably Vermont. I do think Scott might be vulnerable in the event of a strong blue wave.

Both can happen, but minimum wage is making it's way thru NH and its gonna happen in NH, ME and VT wants it too

Kentucky teaches us that deeply unpopular governors can get defeated even in a state their party is doing well at other levels, wile moderate New England governors win despite a blue wave. Phil Scott should be fine in November. Justice may be favored, but to a lesser extent than Scott.
