Third time since 2004. South Ossetia, Transnistria and Abkhazia are all kinda democratic, it's shame we couldn't have the same in Russia.
They don't have so strong KGB-clan as we have. And as meek and submissive majority of people.
Theoretically, the same KGB-clan oversees them as well. IMO, Moscow a) doesn't want to irritate local populations - or it will lose those territories b) Abkhazia, for example, is very small, there are deep family ties across population, population is small and concentraited - so it's very easy to overthrow president (not talking about thousands of gun owners between ordinary people)
