The Presidency as a Family Affair.

We've had three Kennedys seek the Presidency so far. One successfully. One unsuccessfully. One very unsuccessfully. Three Bushes. A pair of Clintons. And so on.

If you had to make a top five list of the most likely people related to a President - current including - to run for the office themselves. How would that list look?

Obviously, everyone's related to everyone, so keeping it reasonable: they've got to have the same surname as the President they're related to, or at least born with that same surname. Marrying into the family is A-OK, too. And, as for their own campaign? Has to be a real, credible one. No attention-seeking distant relatives no one's heard of.

1. George P. Bush, who will likely run for Governor in 2022 or 2026.
2. Don Jr, because why not. Of the three he seems to be the most politically ambitious.
3. Joe Kennedy III, especially if he beats Markey.
4. Jason Carter may want to make a political comeback by running for Governor or Senate. He's still under 50, and all things considered he did alright in his 2014 run.
5. Pierce Bush, a grandson of HW and nephew of W and Jeb! who's running for an open House seat in the Houston suburbs.
