83 in 2020, 13 for the first time. I also entered New Mexico for the first time this year, meaning I have now been in 31 states and DC.

I’m considering been to as actually spent at least a collective 10 hours in. There’s some counties I’ve traveled through but haven’t really been to

Wow, that is a tough standard. I don't think there is 10 hours' worth of activity to do in many of the nation's 3,143 counties. You're also not legally allowed to spend that long in Kalawao County, Hawai'i (consecutively, though you could visit a couple of times to accomplish the same).
