Wyman is popular in the state and will win. Perdue probably narrowly loses but WV Dem heritage could save him. Richardson is beyond DOA.

I agree with this, although it’s Davidson, not Richardson. Dennis Richardson was the Republican Secretary of State of Oregon, but he passed away in 2019.

I also think Wyman is more likely to lose than Davidson is to win simply because of how partisan and inflexible the state is. There’s also the fact that Davidson has already attracted a formidable Democratic challenger who’s outraising him and that his initial election was a fluke because no Democrat advanced to the general election.

My ratings:

WA-SoS: Toss-up
WV-Treasurer: Toss-up
WA-Treasurer: Likely D

Only Wyman I guess. Her impressive margin of victory in 2016 even as Trump was getting destroyed makes me skeptical she's likely to lose unless Democrats seriously try to nationalize that race or something.

Technically correct.

Wyman is fairly well-liked, since a lot of voters really don’t judge her by her party, simply her personal brand. There are a few Republicans like that left in Washington, though I doubt she could win a higher office like governor. Davidson just got very lucky due to the top two system screwing Democrats over, which really only happens once in a blue moon. He’s probably gone next year, since he doesn’t have the same kind of reputation as Wyman. No idea about Perdue.

I’d say:

WA-SoS: Lean R
WA-Treasurer: At least Lean D, maybe Likely D

I laughed way harder at this than I should have.

Wyman reminds me of Republicans at the state level -- the kinds for which Democrats are even willing to vote.

John Perdue should have ran for Governor now he will be towards the bottom of the ballot and that will likely sink him.  But he probably wins if Democrats win WV gov.

Wyman likely R in probability of winning but not a wide margin. The treasurers race will probably be close but Democrats will win it.

WA Treasurer: Likely D (FLIP)
WA SOS: Likely R
WV Treasurer: Lean R (FLIP)

So, as of now, only Wyman is favored

Here is an interesting question.

How will Natalie Tennant do in her bid to win her old office that she lost in 2016 to  Mac Warner  probably due to Trump's margin of victory in West Virginia.

I am betting she will lose but it is likely three races in West Virginia statewide will be competitive, at least until election day. (Governor, Secretary of State and Treasurer).

Why didn't John Perdue run for Governor? In which I think he would have had an even shot against Justice.
