The answer was Bob Graham or Jeanne Shaheen [though I admit, given where NH was, I'm stumped as to why Lieberman couldn't guarantee that one].

Plus Edwards' been a Senator for less than two years.

Bob Graham would've delivered Florida (which is why I rooted for him being Kerry's running-mate, despite strongly disliking the man personally).
