Thai or Indian, but the best of each of them follows the same general, beautiful principle.

Anyone who actually knows food would say Malaysian, even other Southeast Asians. (partly because it cheats and natively incorporates South/East Chinese and South Indian cuisines)

However, I eat Indian food daily and love it. If I had to eat only Tamil food for the rest of my life, I wouldn't be too upset.

Thai>Americanized Chinese>Japanese>traditional Chinese.

I've never had Korean, Vietnamese or proper Indian.

Japanese -> Korean -> Thai -> Chinese [though I admit most of what I know is either Northern or Americanized] -> Indian -> Vietnamese

Malaysian, Thai, and Vietnamese are almost a three-way tie because some restaurants around where I am serve all three, so I don't need to always choose between them.

I love all Asian cuisines though. Most of my favorite foods are part of them.

Japanese if they have good chef.

Indian/Nepalese after beer.

But Thai wins on flavour. It's very nice when done properly.

Oh no this is so hard...I go way back with Chinese food. But sushi is arguably my favorite indulgence food and I could literally eat my weight in sushi if I wanted to. But pho is my all time favorite comfort food. I don't have a ton of experience with Indian, Thai, or Korean food, but I have liked it every time I've had it. Never had Malaysian food.

I voted Chinese.

Laotian, but of these:

1. Malaysian
2. Indian
3. Japanese
4. Vietnamese
5. Thai
6. Korean
7. Chinese

Granted, though, I'm vegetarian, so my personal experience probably isn't representative of others'.
