Well?

For me, the answer is Juneau. Montpelier has a nice appeal too, but ultimately, I'm a sucker for the western coastal weather.

Solid no for The Dakotas and Wyoming.

I actually did live in one of these.

Probably Cheyenne actually as it's the closest to actually good places.

Color me surprised.  Cheyenne is the capital of the Trumpiest State.  Not only is Vermont one of the most liberal states, Montpelier is almost as close to Montreal as Cheyenne is to Denver.  Then there's Boston, which is somewhat close.

Cheyenne itself is way bigger than Montpelier, and people there are hardly rabid Trumpists. I'm sure there's a small scene for BRTD to fit into. It's less than an hour from Fort Collins, a sizable and fun college town. You don't need to queue at the border. And Denver is almost certainly more up BRTD's alley than Montreal.

Makes sense, I guess.  Montreal is probably not big on hipster Christianity.

My state capital, of course. Cheyenne actually isn't so bad, and it's not too far from Denver.

Hmmm, three straight up Frenchie capitals and one a Frenchified version of an Indian word.  As usual, I'd go with the one closest to civilization, Montpelier.

Montpelier. I don't think BRTD should be dismissing the scene in Burlington out of hand.
