Yes, there's no question that it's definitely a comedy. It feels like the only QT film that's pure comedy.

Yes; it has both comedic and dramatic aspects to it but the comedic aspects work a lot better.

Almost every "awards" type of movie is at least partially a drama. Pure dramas are "Drama" and dramedies or musical dramas are "comedy/musical". If we classified thibngs stricter, most "comedy/musical" movies would be way worse and the Golden Globes would be more boring.
