Very torn between Albany and Austin. I'll say Austin just because I'm more familiar with it, and Sacramento sux  and I have no desire to step any foot in Florida!

Tallahassee because I've already lived there & am, thus, most familiar with it. Plus, it's closest to home.

Sacramento as I have not discovered the west of the USA much.

Austin, mainly because Texas is a way better state to actually live in.  Austin being "cool" is just icing.

Austin by far, followed by Albany, Sacramento, and (unsurprisingly) Tallahassee in dead last.

Albany is the only one I'd consider, since I know people there.

Why isn’t Phoenix on this list?

Albany as it's the only one with a climate I'd voluntarily want to live in, in addition to never wanting to live in Texas or Florida.
