I mean there are portals in Mecca and Medina though I don't know where exactly the Hajj goes so I can't check exact sites and there's lots of players and events in several majority Muslim countries (Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey all come to mind.) Still would doing it on the Hajj be possible?

On the Hajj? No; my understanding is that more or less every moment of your time you're doing something religiously significant. On other pilgrimages to Mecca and Medina outside the Hajj season, it's a little more believable that they might.
