So I found a slideshow that stated who, in their own opinion, was the most famous person born in each year of the 20th century. So I figured I'd ask you guys who your favorites are by decade!

Starting from 1900-1909 we have:
The Queen Mother
Walt Disney
John Steinback
Bob Hope
Cary Grant
Greta Garbo
Satchel Page
John Wayne
Jimmy Stewart
Carmen Miranda

As you can see, we have a lot of older celebrities here, mostly actors. The 1910's will be a lot more interesting. But who is your favorite of these?

(I put this in FC since I'm asking forum members their favorites. Move to another board if need be.)

I think I'll go with Jimmy Stewart this time, but it's close. Queen Mother, Walt Disney and John Wayne are pretty cool too.

LOL at any poll excluding Bing Crosby. He’s sold more music than any other musician in history, and he’s easily one of the top 10 or so most famous/prestigious actors in history. He basically jumpstarted Bob Hope’s career.

He isn't as famous as at least two of the people included. (John Wayne and Walt Disney, but an argument could be made for Queen Mother being more famous than Bing)

I decided to post the rest of these in Off Topic. Here's the 1910-1919 one:

Fun fact: on August 16, 1977, Crosby performed his last concert, during the course of which the news reported Elvis’s death, and the power failed - he continued singing without amplification. Less than two months later, the news was reporting Crosby’s death, reporting his final words to be: “That was a great round of golf, fellows.”
