Truly terrible user and I hope that he reconsiders his abhorrent views.

Like I said in the opinion of the three previous posters thread, I can't have a high opinion of someone who thinks I'm a dude, but I gotta admit I admire the sheer amount of nerve the man had in insisting that he knew me better than I know myself. But of course, his Caglist tendencies are probably going to wind up making him the next mod.

It’s tough to say.
On one hand, I do think he means well, but he definitely does act a bit rude for no reason towards certain users. I would rate him as a mild HP, with a strong ability to become an FF if he reconsiders a few of his views on certain issues (and people like Bolsonaro)
(Also I haven’t seen him be a virus-truther/downplayer like many others on here, so that merits a bit of respect)

HP, though with FF tendencies. Quite abrasive, and a few of his comments are obviously something of a yikes, but at least comes from a consistent standpoint even if I disagree with large parts of it.

His elections commentary is… OK. Fairly middle-of-the-pack by Atlas standards.

Extremely condescending, often when he has little to no height from which to condescend from. Sure, you have similarly revolting takes from other right-wingers and socons, but at least they treat people they disagree with with a modicum of respect.

The condescension also usually takes the form of basic econ-101 rules of thumb (often applied in completely incoherent ways, such as the fact that he apparently thinks rent-seeking behavior shows a lack of profit motive), worded as if they're nuggets of divinely revealed dogma handed down to us for our edification. It's a shame Atlas hasn't used the "sage" meme for a while, because it so perfectly captures what makes his posting style so obnoxious.

My favorite argument was when he condescended to me about CA-25 being hostile territory for progressives because ahem Cenk Ugyur got stomped in the primary.
