You know, people would take the far-left much more seriously if they just openly admitted to being antisemites rather than feigning offense whenever anyone calls them out for it.

Funny story about Mercer, I ran into him at a Pret in Westminster, and once he left, the employees and I groaned about the damn Tories.

I saw someone say in all seriousness that they knocked a door where the resident said they stopped voting Labour because Ramsay McDonald formed the national Government.

What a horrifically quaint country. I actually cannot think of a comparable example for the US.

You all are much too smart to compare the American Civil War to … Ramsay MacDonald’s coalition government. Unless I am missing how central Labour Party historiography is to the United Kingdom’s national historical identity.

SHOCKING revelation from Allegra Stratton: Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s vulgar and abusive nicknames for Home Secretary Priti Patel:

- “Scary Tits”
- “Mugsy”
- “Fatty”
- “The sh**ts”
- “Tragic Big Nose Tits”
- “The Pasty”
- “Posh Pussy”

Priti Patel at PMQs: “Is that all you’ve got? Do you seriously have nothing better to do than come and attack a woman? Are you the head of a nursery? Is that what you do? You are a child. You are a child. You are a child.”

Knives out

Graham Brady licking his chops and May’s champing at the bit:

Quote
It has also emerged that close allies of Theresa May may submit letters of no confidence in the prime minister if the Tories lose the North Shropshire by-election to the Liberal Democrats on Thursday.

But what will Fanny Cradock think of a non-white Conservative PM?

Do the English really resent Scots or are they actually jealous?

Try telling me that this man didn’t know exactly what he was doing.

I'm sure the voters of Wakefield, Tiverton and Honiton and the yet to be revealed Mystery Sex Pest Constituency will be thrilled to see this photo on their leaflets. Preferably next to a stock image of an elderly woman in a hospital bed.

I am sure, although the Mystery Sex Pest constituency is of a kin to Old Bexley and Sidcup and will not be flipping in a by-election.

Thankfully there's still the potential for a Somerton and Frome by-election.
