I think that Rey defeats Kylo Ren along with Palpatine and the Resistance defeats the First Order. All of the good guys live happily ever after.

The only way that the movie could surprise me is if something outlandish happened, such as the galaxy blowing up or if Nick Fury showed up at the end, trying to recruit Rey, Finn, Damron Poe, and the other heroes into joining the Avengers.

-Rey re-re-establishes the Jedi order.

-Finn never gets to hook up with Rey and settles for Rose.

It'll probably end in a crappy unfulfilling way. I barely watched Episode 7 - I saw it over a year after it came out and spend 80% of the time just randomly browsing the internet on a separate window, with the remaining 20% barely paying attention to the movie. Didn't even bother watching Episode 8 at all.

They'd have been better off letting the people behind the MCU handle the sequel trilogy, or even the people behind KOTOR.
