1 San Francisco, CA 0.59
2 Washington, DC 0.59
3 Los Angeles, CA 0.58
4 New York, NY 0.57
5 San Jose, CA 0.54
6 Chicago, IL 0.53
7 Philadelphia, PA 0.53
8 Austin, TX 0.53
9 Honolulu, HI   0.53
10 Seattle, WA 0.52

Eh. It lists a good amount of dense, relatively walkable cities, but its apparent ranking system does not hit my actual preferences.

Yeah, Islip is a bit of an anomaly on your list.

My top 10 results were all midsize CA cities. Huntington Beach was #1.

That's a good part of the story of California, people moving from the Midwest and populating midsize cities. That was basically the American Dream until sometime in the 90s.

1. Los Angeles
2. New York City
3. Philadelphia
4. Austin
5. Washington, DC
6. Honolulu
7. Chicago
8. Houston
9. San Antonio
10. Dallas

It overrated how much I care about weather vs walkability/transit which is why there’s so much Texas and no Boston (No. 13) or SF (No. 15), but I am kinda impressed by LA, NYC and Philly being top 3 since those are the places I have the most links to.

- Denver
- NYC
- DC
- Boulder, CO
- Philadelphia

Overall, there's a lot of Colorado in my top few dozen which isn't surprising.

lol Southern California and Long Island do have a lot of "purple" affluent coastal suburbs so it's easy for those to end up on top if you put less value on the lib / big-city traits.

My first time 'round I was given Lexington, KY. This time I got Cambridge, MA followed by Seattle, Hartford, Albany, and Santa Monica. My lowest match for each of these cities is of course politics.
