[The right to life league convention will be held in] Richmond, Virginia, from Januray 13-18th, 2006

Apparently the League forgot to open the convention two days ago. If there are no objections from the leadership and given that I live in Richmond anyway, I'd like to belatedly open up the convention! Smiley

This is a very exciting convention because for the first time in Atlasia'a history abortion is now illegal in one state. Congratulations to South Carolina for finally putting an end to this heinous and horrendous practice. Furthermore we have many abortion related ballot initiatives coming up, the biggest of which being the mideast's RU-486 ban. Let us move forward together, so that we may see that not fear and death, but courage and life triumph as we begin the year AD 2006

Welcome to the [whatever # we're up to now] Right to Life convention! In the abscence of higher leadership, I would like to officially open the convention right here at Richmond's very own Jefferson Hotel. As a Richmonder I cannot tell you all how pleased I am to see the Right to Life League coming here. Let us continue so that we may have an Atlasia where the senseless throwing away of God's precious gift of LIFE does not continue. An Atlasia where the miracle of LIFE is loved will surely be a good Atlasia.

I am pleased to see this convention.

I am strongly pro life.

There should be very few cases where an abortion is actually necessary.

I do support abortions where the life of the mother is threatened due to the continued pregnancy.

For some reason I thought this opened on the 16th, I appologize for my negligence. I really have lost interest in Atlasia as a whole.

I would like to announce that I would like another election for Chairman as I would like to step down from my job. I have proven to be a poor leader of this group since I could'nt get the Right to Life Amendement passed in the Senate (and I even tried to guilt trip and claled people murderers to get what I wanted). I feel I am no longer a leader in Atlasia and for this reason I should no longer serve as Chaimran of the Right to Life Lague.

More capable and interested leadership is needed.

I nominate Vice-Chairman Ebowed to be the new Chairman and I nominate Liberty to be the new Vice-Chariman.

Also I beleive we should retract our endorsement of 9iron for Midest Governor and give it to Liberty.

Liberty has proven himself to be a tireless fighter for the culture of life that Atlasia is destined to one day achieve. I feel that we would be fools and our organization a joke if we did not endorse Liberty for governor.

No, it wouldn't make this organization a joke. I think that it might be a greater joke to endorse me, a person who as recently as September was saying:

Given my past instability on such a critical issue. Thinking twice before nominating me to vice-chairman and endorsing me for governor may be a good idea.

I support the nomination of Ebowed as Chairman, but may I suggest Jake instead of Liberty as Vice-Chairman, especially since Liberty has recused himself?

I second Frodo's nomination of Jake.  Jake would make a fine chairman of this orginization.

I commend Liberty for his honesty and integrity for bringing up his past positions when many would have remained silent in a similar situation.

Where warranted, for murder.

Chairman: Ebowed

Vice-Chairman: Jake

This due to Liberty withdrawing his name from consideration.

O.K., thank you for voting.

Ebowed is our new Chairman and Jake is our new Vice-Chairman.

Next we will endorse candidates in the upcoming elections and then close this old thing down. Smiley

Should I do that or does the outgoing Chairman have the honors? Wink
