Echeverría also kind of entered public consciousness recently because of Alfonso Cuarón's Roma, at least as far as I am concerned.
The oldest living ex-head of state/government is Yasuhiro Nakasone though. Age 101.
The still living ex-head of state/government whose term in office is the farthest back into the past: Mustafa Ben Halim, prime minister of Libya from 1954 to 1957. Alive at age 98.
