maybe, but how would that be the fault of the makers?  If you created a thing that helped a certain group people and another group of people used your product to be annoying....would that make you an HP?

I tend not to think positively of anybody involved in the nicotine products industry, although I don't think any worse of these guys than I do of other such figures.
