1) Collins is and always has been a center-Left senator

She voted for Brett Rapenaugh

So? That was merely a common-sense vote -- not partisan. Plenty of liberal republican senators voted for Kavanaugh.

Virginia has completed its transition into a Neo-Soviet oblast, there's no chance of it voting for a Republican at the federal level for at least the next decade. I'm saying this as someone who is not a trend hack.
