As it stands now, only the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

This summer I'll be going to Germany and the summer after that I plan to head straight down central Europe.  Starting in Upsala, Sweden, I'll visit Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Italy.  I might also visit Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, and Czech.

After the plane tickets it really won't cost that much money.

Same here.  I've only been to Canada, and that's not any different really from driving down to Virginia or something.

At least you CAN drive to canada. We're stuck out here in the middle of nowhere!

Doesn't matter though, there is more then enough in AUS to keep me satisfied. We have desert, famland, rainforest, timber forest, reefs, gorges, rivers, ski resorts, beaches, etcetc.

There is so much to see here Smiley

That being said, I also know there is so much to see in the rest of the world, and cant wait until I can experience it Smiley

About eleven:

1) Thailand - three six month expat experiences!
2) Cambodia - about ten fun 5 day 'visa runs'.
3) Vietnam - two trips
4) the Philippines - two trips
5) Guatemala
6) Mexico
7) Canada
Cool Switzerland - one five month expat experience - never felt more broke!
9) France
10) Czech Republic
11) Austria

Airport visits to Japan, Netherlands, Taiwan and Korea.  Rode a bus through Germany, never stopped.  So I don't count those.

USA
Holland
Germany
Czech Republic
Austria
Italy
France

I've also been to Belgium and Denmark, but very briefly (like, one day) so I'm not sure they really count.

Mauritius, England, Germany, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Japan, Australia, Hongkong, Singapore, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Spain. I've also been to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Estonia, but none of these are trips I remember. Smiley

That still makes 14.

I have lived in Finland almost 30 years....

I have visited:

Sweden three times (Only short trips to Stockholm)
Estonia two times (Only short trips)
Soviet Union! (In 1984 or 1985. Weird place. Kids on the streets asking bubble gum from us all the time!)
United Kingdom (London)
Italy once (Ischia, Capri, Naples region)
Spain (Canaries. Stupid tourist resort)
Creece (Crete)
United States (New York)
Netherlands (Airport visit only)

That makes 8 or 9.

Yeah, I totally recommend South Tyrol. The Alps generally are great.

When I was little (12/13), I could have given up eating for a month to see Vienna. I stared at pictures for hours and read encyclopedia articles about the city just dreaming that I could stroll down the Ringstrasse to the Hofburg. No other city compared: not London, not Paris, and least of all New York.

Now, I have ZERO intention of going abroad. I'm an American; what we have here the rest of the world can only envy.
