No.  Too much of a precedent.

Yes, Davis was a dismal failure.

Yes... Lack of leadership or drive, hurting the state as it resulted in a failure to address the problems facing the state quickly and effectively. It is a shame that the "re-call" has been brought about but faced with the choice... Yes.

I can understand why a Democrat would vote for Bustamante over Arnold, but I can't understand why any person would vote to keep Gray Davis in office.  He really hurt us as a state economically.  I voted yes on recall.

Yes, I supported Davis for his first term but I supported Simon in 2002 and No/McClintock for Recall 2003

And you're a Democrat?

I would have voted for Camejo in 2002 and Yes/Bustamante in 2003

I would vote no on the recall, but only because the whole point of the recall was to overturn a legitimate election and replace him with someone worse.

Davis was mighty bad. But he was about the best anyone could hope for.

The recall was also a legitimate democratic process, approved by voters, and allowed by state law in California.

Thanks for your compassion towards the people of my state.

Admit it, you're just pissed that we have sun 12 months of the year here in San Diego.

IT never gets very hot in LA.  We learned that in 8th grade.

Unless there is a Santa Ana condition! Then it is hot as hell! Trust me on this one.

You learned wrong.  It is over 100 degrees in the summer in the San Fernando Valley on a regular basis.

Not like Minnesota summers, eh?

You have mosquitos the size of elk up there.

My last week of school in LA last semester, and I can see the ocean from campus, it came close to 100 degrees.  LA does get hot, partly because of Santa Anna winds, and partly because the San Gabriel mountains trap heat in the LA basin.
