Andrew Smiley, first of all welcome to Fantasy, we don't have a Republican Party as such right now but there are others you can chose from. Check out https://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Main_Page and click on the relative link to each party for more info

Failing any of those you can be an independent

Dave

Can you help me with this? Like is there some test you can take to match you up with the party that is closest to your views?
Well, no, but I'm guessing that you would most likely fit in either the ACA (Atlasian Conservative Alliance): https://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Atlasian_Conservative_Alliance
Or the CDP (Christian Democratic Party): https://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Christian_Democratic_Party
See if one of those fits you Smiley

I like to have a party home and the NLC is perhaps closest to my beliefs among the major atlasian parties.

Welcome to the NLC!

The Mideast is starting to get on my nerves, so I decided to move into a place where I can't run for governor even if I wanted to.

You can run for Lt. Governor, however!  Yay!

(No, I do not know what is being shoveled at top right)

Verin how did you get a picture of Alcon's birthday cake?

I'd like to register with the Democratic Alliance please

Liberal Democrat from NY recruited by Vepres

Welcome to Atlasia! Although the DA has endorsed a radical libertarian for President. The JCP is much more in line with you politically if you're a "NY Liberal Democrat," I suspect. Wink

Since when do "radical libertarians" support increased federal funding for education, subsidies for nuclear power plants, and subsidies for ecological cars? Oh, and a federal minimum wage?

Clearly your defintion of "radical libertarian" is a bit...ummm....weird.

It's called being willing to compromise. If the government's policies were my prerogative to implement, none of those things would happen. Wink

At the same time, I would like to think that the openness towards compromise that I have shown recently would suggest that endorsing me is really not an objectionable proposition.

But they weren't compromises, especially something like the fuel efficient cars thing.....we were creating subsidies that didn't exist in any form. You could have just as easily voted NAY, but you chose to support it Smiley

I'm sorry. As a Jewish person I really can't say I represent the Jesus Christ Party. I'm sticking with the Democratic Alliance. And I'd like to run for office. Thanks,

I'm a nationally elected JCP senator and I have no religious affiliation with Jesus Christ. Few religious people within our ranks. I'm also pretty sure we have several Jewish members, regardless.

There are only two possible types of parties in Atlasia.

Joke parties.

And parties who realize that Atlasia itself is the joke. It should not be surprising that such parties tend to have joke names.

I know, of course, that some people take this game too seriously/personally, but how is Atlasia itself a joke?

I'll be honest here. I don't know Deldem so I'm a bit cautious, but considering he's been posting since May, following the rules, and he registered in his home state I don't really think this is malicious.

Why would the JCP recruit in the Southeast of all places?

Because you don't want the Assembly to pass.

It already isn't getting passed until December bro.

Also nobody in the JCP cares about the southeastern assembly except me.

I've done no recruiting, and this is all just sickening. The amount of tactical regional registration here especially is just downright disgusting. Seriously, what's the point of this game if you care about nothing but winning? But oh, I've been on this rant last election and nothing changed. Sometimes I wonder what the point of all this is anymore.

My bad I haven't told that before, but since, when I disagreed with one matter, I get assured from certain member that party members will turn against me, I will explain few resons for which I left the party:
1. Because JCP is supporting crazy right-wingers in some races

If you're referring to Gporter, he's never been a crazy right-winger. Back three years ago, when the kid was only fourteen, he got way in over his head and said really stupid stuff. I was at the center of everyone making fun of him for it, actually. My support of Gporter now lies on the precept of giving him a second chance- he's become a lot more eloquent. And I don't really see how you can call him conservative either; he's been voting on the left side for a while now in Atlasia. And if you're talking about someone else besides gporter here, I don't really have any idea.

I don't know the specifics here, but the JCP is a big tent party. You're as free to support this amendment as Lief is to oppose it. It's his region too, after all.

I know this is directed at me. DWTL is horrible politically, yes. I don't support him or Hamilton, and I don't really want any part of a personal conflict between them. I oppose Hamilton because he's a habitual liar, manipulative hack, has been recruiting zombies for months and was the mastermind behind some of the most offensive political tactics I've ever seen. The evidence is all in plain sight. He takes Atlasia far, far, too seriously. People having his attitude was exactly why Atlasia nearly died in 2006. I really don't want to see that happen again. And that is why I oppose Hamilton.

I can't really comment on this because I'm unfamiliar with the situation.

While I understand your decision, I believe many of the problems you have with the JCP are simple misunderstandings. Please at least read over what I have to say Smiley
