Welcome -it would be discourteous of me if I simply ignored this registration even if this is a joke on your part.

It's not a joke.  It's just that I haven't stayed in one party very long recently, and I keep trying new parties.

Oh. Well I took my cue from your first sentence when you admitted that you had virtually no party allegiance.  So I assumed that this registration was no different in that regard.

If I may ask, why are you shopping around for a political party to affiliate yourself with if you have no intention of having any loyalty to the party that you joined?  Why don't you simply register yourself as an independent?

I tried being an Independent, and it was really boring.  So, I'm trying a lot of different parties and seeing which one I like.  If I like the CDP, I'll stay.
We'll have to make your stay enjoyable then, won't we Wink

Welcome!

I have a question for the SoFA. When am I allowed to make my next move (across states)?
I'm sorry I didn't answer you earlier.  You have to wait until April 12 EST before you can move again. So in other words, as I'm writing this, you have to wait about 43 minutes.

Any chance of a return to the Midwest? Smiley
It was requested a while ago that I eventually consider moving back to the Midwest Region, and I shall comply, particularly since another person recently hinted that I ought to return. However, my decision is obviously not set in stone, and I might change my mind. I was simply interested in knowing when I could make my next move.

I think I can guarantee a very positive response should you decide to return. Smiley

I was never really mentally into the SDP, it's time for a change. I'm not a socialist, either.

Just noticed this now. Sad

The party's not socialist! I've repeatedly condemned socialism, and I'm the leader! Sorry to see you go Akno, you're a good guy.

Then your in luck, because the MLT Act made it completely legal in all 50 states. Smiley

If my own party is lead by somebody who believes that women should be enslaved to their husbands, then it is a party I will no longer be a member of.

The PC Party, such as it is, does not yet have a formal platform or structure.  - merely a sense of ideas and place in the political spectrum.  Obviously it needs such a platform and I'm open to how our members wish to move forward on these issues.

So as to keep the clutter in the voter rolls down, henceforth King's joke parties will be noted in the voter rolls as King's Joke Party (KJP) so as to avoid having to change the rolls each time he thinks of a new one.

Eh?

Yates voted against my amendment to strike spousal consent from an abortion bill. This is a frank and full betrayl of the party's values.

To MasterJedi: I have no idea what Don's position on spousal consent is. At the very least he is not dishonourable enough to take over a party and then hijack it.

Last, but certainly not least, thanks to Don for the welcome.
