In my opinion, if Naso is on the voter rolls still, then this entry replaces his current entry which belongs to "reaganfan" (unless Jessica creates a new account).

Unless it can be proved that she hacked his account without permission.
That is the SoFA's POV as well.

Mr. SoFA, you make or break this case - what did you do with her registration?
Nothing as yet as I haven't updated the voter rolls since Dec 23rd. Tongue

Jessica, please answer this- do you want your registration to "destroy" Mike Naso's previous registration or do you want 2 seperate registrations- yours and his?

Whoa! I don't want two seperate voting accounts! That's unfair. I just want my own and he has no problem with it. He's not coming back anyway!

It would get rid of Michael's if that's what you mean, yes.

Well Jessica I asked the Attorney General to investigate this case in order to determine whether there was any foul play involved in the account or whether this was being used for the purposes of voter fraud or if this is a case of a person hacking into an account, since there is probable cause in that an account has seemingly changed hands.

Whatever. Nothing bad happened. Michael suggested it. I hope the investigation is fair. When will I know what happened?

Based on this, she's committed no crime, IMHO.

The Centrist Party is all about bi-partisanship, making comprises, and ending government gridlock. They also want a more transparent government. It is also for a balanced budget and trying to end pork barrel spending.
Its poltical matrix would look like this: -0.75, -1.25

And how exactly does it differ from existing parties?

I'm more interested by actual policy than Bayrou-type "aspirations" et al.

so you created a party that seems quite different from your own views... I don't see the sense in that. It's a good idea, though. The current Federalist party is just about the same thing.
