Methinks Sam has been reading this thread and is trying to get everyone in a tizzy.

No, he got tired of all of the non-registration related posts in the register thread, so he decided to post one. It would be nice if there were more registrations and less bickering in this thread. (And I'm not helping matters with this post.)

Since we no longer have Districts, we could possibly eliminate registration by state and just do it by region. Maybe up the changing time to 4 months or 6 months. And give a new registrant 24 hours to move to which ever region s/he wants.

At one time we had Districts for the Class B Senate seats. Districts were done every 4 months and were attempted to have their population as close as possible. Since we no longer use Districts, there really isn't a point to having moves between states count.
