Alright honestly, the JCP needs to be men and admit they are recruiting in the Dirty South
You're paranoid. I haven't spoken privately with anyone on this board.

Why would the JCP recruit in the Southeast of all places? If we were registering strategically, we'd do it in places that we might have a chance of carrying, like the Midwest or Northeast.

If you haven't been paying attention, most of the party supports regional governance. Just because one party member vocally opposes the regional legislature in his region doesn't mean it's a party-wide policy or anything. I personally don't care, and I'd be surprised if Bgwah feels forcefully one way or another about this issue.

Actually it's true, I know of no one, not even Bgwah, that recruited him. He joined on his own, and we're happy to have him.
I'd be honest about it if I heard someone actively recruited him.

I'm always trying to recruit new members. I told Deldem about Atlasia and got him to join. Roaul joined on his own, however. I am not concerned with the SE legislature. The fact that the last few members have been Southerners is merely coincidence. You'll notice that they actually live there anyway, we're not telling people to move there to wreck your silly little legislature.

JCP party would be fine. Judging from your matrix score, most DA members do not share your progressive views on economic policy. You'd fit in great with the JCP here.
Consider yourself warmly invited to join. :-)
