nm, figured it out.

LOL I'm a moderate.

Misleading really, as
"We should torture people who break even the smallest laws"
and
"Roaming homosexual orgies should be required viewing in the streets for all citizens"
will just cancel each other out.

Name : JewishConservative
Party : Independent
State : Kansas Please

Sorry, didn't realize the pacfic is a liberal region. So i'll go to the midwest

By my count... Your move will take effect on April 13th 2010. Until then you are still in the Pacific.

Sam Spade
Atlasian Reform Coalition
Texas

By my count... Your move will take effect on Feb 6th 2010. Until then you are still in the Mideast.

By my count... Your move will take effect on May 29th 2010. Until then you are still in the Northeast (Maine).

By my count... Your move will take effect on June 3rd 2010. Until then you are still in the Midwest.

Kalwejt, where the heck are you? You've moved, taken it back, taken back the take back, then taken that back etc... I have you in the Pac right now, but if you want to move back to the NE please let me know, as I need to count it out.

No, I am in the Mideast region. Something is wrong...

On October 5th you moved to Colorado from California.

But I cannot find your previous move, I will examine it in detail, but at the moment it looks like my earlier post was in error.

Yes, it appears as though that was an error. You appear to be in the midwest, pending certification from the official SoFA

That was my first move. That's odd, as I voted in the thread for the Mideast and was told by other members that I was there now, since I moved. Hmmm...

Sadly, the office of SoFA was inactive for a while, and things may have been, sadly, missed.

We can assure you that with the two of us on the case this will not be happening again.

The fact that no one said anything for around two and ahalf hours says we got the message, mister hall monitor.

Actually, as D-SoFA, I am going to agree and ask everyone to
STFU please

Any discussion here makes it difficult for SoFA's to do their jobs. Thank you.

Can someone tell me when my move to Northeast will be effective? I believe its' matter of few days.

it should be in the official SoFA thread, on the list, under "additional notes"

December 31 2009 is 60 days, therefore your move takes effect January 1 2010.

I'm not sure if I registered back party affilation, so out of catiousity

Kalwejt
Jesus Christ Party
Rhode Island

There could be a debate about weather 60 days counts the day you request the change or if that is day 0. My personal view is that it is day 0, meaning your registration back in the NE would be effective tomorrow not today.

Since this is a grey area, I will consult with the SoFA.

The NE considers you one of their citizens and as such unless a petition is heard by the SoFA by the deadline here (which is tomorrow) you will be a NE citizen while we remain in the grey area.

The SoFA, as far as I know, is away until tomorrow.

In other words, I will not oppose anything in this instance, but ...

November 2nd would be "1 day" from November 1st. Ergo, the 3rd is 2 days, etc etc. This makes December 1st, "day 30", which would make today "Day 60". The question then is must you wait to the end of the day or not.

I will investigate further.

The official act says "Every 60 days"

Lets make this simpler.
What if it said "Every 2 days".

Change on the first, the third, the fifth... is that not every 2 days?

In that respect, I feel that according to the word of the law, your move is indeed valid in all ways.

Guys, please keep the comments down. If you want to argue about parties, I will make a thread for that. Again, more comments makes the SoFA's job harder.

Meet the new RPP, same as the old RPP.
So... You don't like the RPP because you don't like the RPP, and the fact that you don't like the RPP only goes to prove that the RPP is not something you like?

We disbanded. A majority of us went to the POP, but a lot has either stayed Independent or made their own little party.

We went to POP? Huh I think some RPP:ers might take offense to that statement. Tongue

I don't have exact numbers, but I think more DAers went to the RPP than went to the POP. A few even went JCP.
