Hopefully the new RPP members won't be inactive voters-only that DWTL railed about in the Southeast.

Don't worry, we'll let them know when elections are. Wink

Exactly the inactive voters being referred to.

We can't force them to be active if they don't want to be. We can provide a counter-balance to left-wing inactivists, however.

Funny when you think that DWTL rail(ed) about all the inactive people in the Southeast who came out only to vote.

There's people like that in every region. He complained because he was a very active Senator & they just showed up to boot him out for being a controversial figure.

If he rails against them, then is a member of a party that has such member, it's very hypocritical.

As I said, he can't force them to be active. What should he do, kick all the inactive people out of the party?

I'm just pointing out that his positions would be hypocritical.

Good politics is often hypocritical. Tongue

Good. If nothing else, this will help ensure that the DoFA registry is more accurate.

Can we define "active" with regards to this section of the message board?  Does one have to debate or run for things to be active?  Your answers wont make me stay or leave, just taken for consideration.

Active basically means you actually participate in topics on this board, as opposed to inactive which means you show up to vote & more or less ignore this board all the rest of the time. You'd really be surprised how many people fall into the latter camp.

Only thing to be aware of is that you can't vote in next week's election. You need to be registered for ten days before you can vote in an election. Sad

I wish to join this new Regional Protection Party. I shall no longer be a conservative independent, or independent conservative, or whatever I was last classified as. I shall remain in Vermont.

I'll go ahead & update the map now. Smiley

Now 6 out of the 10 Pacific states have registered voters. Guess I should find some people who are willing to register in the 4 remaining states.

Smells like a concentrated recruitment effort. However, 2 of the 3 new Atlasians are members of the JCP, so I'm not complaining. Wink

I don't get it. What's the problem with him voting?
Hillary isn't running for anything. Neither is TexasIndy.

     What about Inks though?

The Mideast is starting to get on my nerves, so I decided to move into a place where I can't run for governor even if I wanted to.

You can run for Lt. Governor, however!  Yay!

(No, I do not know what is being shoveled at top right)

You don't want to know. Wink

Platform? Issues? Recruiting?

Yes, you would not qualify since you are not human.

I am honored. Really. I am.

She told me at school that she probably wasn't going to recruit for awhile since it's nice being in a party of one.

Do you think you have the personal popularity to be an electoral juggernaut on your own? Wink
