From Virginia. The Imperial Bloc represents Southern interests, and Virginia is undoubtedly Southern, if not Imperial.

But isn't the whole point of the Bloc to advance regional interests? I would think that it's a solely Imperial thing.

What's the deal with the whole "one free move" thing? I know the Labor Party is completely against shipping voters into a region for electoral gain, but this move might unfortunately be legitimate.

     Jas suggested that we might have accidentally junked the "one free move" deal when we changed Constitutions.

The number was chosen because Bgwah thought it would be cute to have 18 posts (= 18 years old) as our requirement. Blame him, and the rest of us, for agreeing.
