What was the wording for the UK Common Market agreement? It's always good to have more states to have nice maps in, but I'm a bit concerned about the wording.

And of course, the more states for Lincoln the better!

If Mexico doesn't happen then...the South does have Louisiana, might as well give them Quebec too.

What region was Quebec in pre-reset? Prima facie I think it should be Lincoln's.
