I'll just repost what I posted in another thread a few weeks ago
These are county ratings, not margins. The only thing I'd change is Rowan County KY as a toss-up/tilt R instead of lean R. I have to update Louisiana a little but I pretty much stand by KY/MS. I'm not really going to make any specific county predictions unless we make a thread about it or something.
One interesting county is DeSoto, MS. I think Hood will get his best performance ever out of it despite it being his worst performance by far statewide.
