I'd guess Kenedy County Texas. It hasn't voted for a winner since 2008.

I'd guess Kenedy County Texas. It hasn't voted for a winner since 2008.

It is Kenedy County, actually, I remember reading on Wikipedia a while back that this has the longest losing streak of any county, being the only Romney/Clinton/Trump county in the country.
