I'll say it: Watto is more offensive than Jar Jar.

I could imagine Jar Jar not being intended to be a racial stereotype and just accidentally coming off as a minstrel show character. But there's no way Watto isn't supposed to be a Jewish stand-in.

Watto, Jar Jar, and Gunray are all awful, though Gunray personally strikes me as the worst.
